Weddings, Eid gatherings, graduations, corporate lunches, iftar dinners, and family celebrations across the Greater Sacramento area. Brisket and tri-tip by the pound, beef back ribs, smoked chicken, lamb, and sides by the tray, with whole smoked lamb over seasoned rice as a centerpiece for large events.

Our story

Where the Holy Land meets the smoker

PalBQ is a family-owned smokehouse. Every cut is 100% halal, coated in our Holy Land spice rub — aromatic sumac, rich cumin, and the flavors of the Mediterranean — then smoked low and slow until it's fork-tender with a deep, dark bark.

Mediterranean spices, signature sauces, and classic BBQ technique. That's the whole recipe, and we don't rush any of it.
